Question: What are the hair styles and trends for the summer?
Answer:
This season, hair is about being playful and rebellious so if you have long hair try a side-braid, leave your fringe out. The messier the better! Also hot for this summer is the extreme opposite, the classic ballerina bun. Longer looks feature full waves with lots of long layers. As for short hair, it is about movement and texture. Bold blunt bangs or fringe are in style this season, however side-bangs are still popular. Hair color trends are moving away from monochrome and into natural multi-dimensional tones. Reds this season are bold and strong but keep it natural. Blondes and Brunettes add depth using 2-3 tones.
For the men, we are seeing more natural movement. A long heavy fringe and shaved sides and back reminiscent of a rock and roll James Dean 50's style.
